The Carson Center in Paducah, Ky., and the Paducah Symphony will present the National Symphony Orchestra in concert Feb. 21 at 7 p.m. in the main theatre at the Carson Center.
This once-in-a-lifetime experience is sponsored by USEC and Williams/Ogden Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors LLC.
Paducah is one of six cities selected for the honor of hosting a concert by the nation’s symphony orchestra. The concerts take place during the National Symphony Orchestra’s Residency in Kentucky Feb. 17-25. Each year a different state is chosen to host this residency, which means it will be at least 50 years before Kentucky will host it again. The other concerts will be in Louisville, Florence, Owensboro, Lexington and Somerset.
Tickets to the Paducah concert are $45, $35, $20 and $15 for students. Tickets may be purchased at the Carson Center Box Office Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m, by phone at (270) 450-4444 or online at www.thecarsoncenter.org.
