Completed arrangements are being announced for Caleb Eugene Turner, 18, of South Fulton, who died 7:37 p.m. Jan. 13, 2011, in Graves County, Ky., as the result of an automobile accident. He was the son of Berry and Kim (Craven) Turner of South Fulton.
Services were 2 p.m. Sunday at Parkway Church of Christ in Fulton, with Cecil May III officiating.
The family requests that memorials be made to Parkway Church of Christ, P.O. Box 1642, Fulton, KY 42041; Community Developmental Services, 455 Hannings Lane, Martin, TN 38237; or South Fulton High School baseball program, 1302 South Fulton Drive, South Fulton, TN 38257.
He was born May 7, 1992, in Weakley County and had lived in this area all his life. He was a 2010 graduate of South Fulton High School and had enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, planning to begin serving his country Feb. 1. He was a member of Parkway Church of Christ in Fulton.
Survivors also include his sister, Kaitlin Turner of South Fulton; his maternal grandparents, Bob and Patsy Craven of Fulton; and his maternal great-grandmother, Ruth Grooms of Fulton.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, L.R. and Mattie Turner.
