Catherine (Capps) Bushart, 95, of Fulton died 4 p.m. Jan. 8, 2011, at her home.
A memorial service is planned for 2 p.m. Sunday at Hornbeak Funeral Home in Fulton.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 1 p.m. until the hour of services Sunday.
The family requests that memorials be made to First United Methodist Church, Willingham Center, 200 Carr St., Fulton, KY 42041.
She was born Jan. 18, 1915, in Hickman, Ky., daughter of the late David C. and Grace (Campbell) Capps. She was the widow of Harry N. Bushart Sr. and was a member of Fulton First United Methodist Church.
She had been employed as a legal secretary for Maness & Conley attorneys in Union City and had also worked at Union City Insurance, in the Obion County Trustee’s office in Union City and at Browder Mill.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Harry N. Bushart Jr. and Juyne Bushart of Martin; her grandchild, Tracie Bing of Martin; three great-grandchildren, Katelyn Cobb, Annalise Bing and Natalie Bing, all of Martin; and several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Martha Gwyn Bushart; and two brothers and two sisters.
