Tonight we sang “I Shall Not Be Moved,” “Where We Will Never Grow Old” and “Mansion Over the Hilltop.” Bro. Lowell read from Acts 2:42. What a blessing we got tonight. We are so blessed to be a part of our family of Christ. We have so many on our prayer list, so just keep them in your prayers. We closed in prayer.

What a beautiful day our Lord gave us. Carl and Myla Fuqua lead and played as we sang “The Lily Of the Valley.” Wayne McDonald read from II Timothy 1:13-15. We then went to our Sunday school class. We ladies always get a blessing in our class room. Betty Parks was our teacher today. We always have a great time in our class talking about our Lord. After class we sang “Send the light.” The children of our church sang “The Twelve Days Of Christmas.” We knew Christmas was over but what a joy it was to hear the children explain it.

Bro. Lowell preached from Colossians 1:1-11 and Psalm 37:4. We need to always do things for our Lord. We need to always have our light shining for our Lord. We had a wonderful day of service. We are so blessed to be able to worship our Lord. We closed in prayer and song of invitation was “Wherever He Leads I Will Go.”

Tonight we had our Lord’s Supper.

I hope everyone had a wonderful New Year’s Eve. God bless all until next week.
