Gene Bright, 74, of Fulton died Dec. 31, 2010, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
Services were set for 1 p.m. today at Hornbeak Funeral Home in Fulton, with burial following in Obion County Memorial Gardens.
She was a retired insurance agent with Twin Cities Insurance Agency in Fulton and was an avid bowler who had lived in the Fulton area all her life. The widow of James Edward “Jim” Bright, she was the daughter of the late James Adrian and Evelyn Myrl (Lemond) Mann.
Survivors include two daughters and two sons-in-law, Rejeana and David McDaniel of South Fulton and Laura and Kirk McAlister of Cookeville; her son and daughter-in-law, Mickey and Peggy Brockwell of Fulton; eight grandchildren, Jennifer McMahan of Covington, Lindsey McDaniel and Taylor McAlister, both of Murfreesboro, Chris McAlister of Ormond Beach, Fla., John McAlister of Cookeville, Kirk McAlister Jr. of Pamona Park, Fla., Kim Holt of Kevil, Ky., and Kayla Brockwell of Martin; two great-grandchildren, McKenzie Brockwell of Martin and Reid McMahan of Covington; two sisters, Bodie Carolyn Outland of Calvert City, Ky., and Mae Croft of Jeffersonville, Ind.; and five brothers, Leon Mann and David Mann, both of South Fulton, Johnny Mann of Hampton, Va., Marshall Mann of Springville and Bobby Mann of Gilbertsville, Ky.
She was also preceded in death by her sister and five brothers.
