Dear Editor,

“We the People”, only if we are an informed citizenry, have the power to render ObamaCare or any other tyrannical law void by jury nullification.

The primary function of the independent juror is not, as many think, to dispense punishment to fellow citizens accused of breaking various laws, but to protect fellow citizens from tyrannical abuses of power by government.

The Constitution guarantees you the right to trial by jury. This means that government must bring its case before a jury of The People if government wants to deprive any person of life, liberty or property.

Jurors can say no to government tyranny by refusing to convict.

As a Juror, you judge the law as well as the accused. This is where “We the People” as jurors have the last word. Much of the content of this letter was taken from “Fully Informed Jury Association,” www.fija.org

Visit this website and read the juror’s guide to learn more and arm yourself with knowledge on how we can protect ourselves from out of control federal and state government meddling in our lives.

As jurors we have this last line of defense given to us in our Constitution. Just one fully informed juror can stop an unconstitutional or unjust law from being imposed on his neighbor.

Dear Editor,

An open letter I send to you. I want you to know that Christmas is almost here. Sometimes it brings joy and to others it brings pain.

But, it’s still Christmas and don’t forget why it came.

But, there were angels sent from Heaven to shepherds in the field to let them know a King of Kings is born each and every year into the hearts of men.

Boys and girls, it happens every year. Someday there will be Christmas all through the year.
