Miss Holt, Palmore to wed in Chapmansboro

The engagement and forthcoming marriage of Sarah Leigh Holt of Rives and Robert Marcell “Bob” Palmore of Hardyville, Ky., are being announced today.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Wayne and Phyllis Holt of Rives. Her grandparents are Anita Holt and the late Kenneth Holt of Rives and the late Jesse and Geraldine Whitt.
She is a 2005 graduate of Obion County Central High School. She graduated in 2009 from the University of Tennessee at Martin, where she earned her bachelor’s degree. She earned a master’s degree from Murray (Ky.) State University in August.
The groom-elect is the son of Johnny and Sue Palmore of Chapmansboro. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Dale Hunter and Lottie Balthrop, all of Chapmansboro, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Marcell Palmore and R.W. Balthrop.
He is a 2002 graduate of Sycamore High School in Pleasant View. He graduated in 2007 from UTM.
He is employed as a sales representative for Genex in Kentucky.
The couple will exchange vows at 4 p.m. Oct. 23 at the Palmore Farm, located at 1445 Oaklawn Road in Chapmansboro. Music will begin at 3:30.
A reception will be held immediately following the ceremony at Oaklawn Free Will Baptist Church in Chapmansboro.
All friends and family are invited to attend.
