United Way Kick-off Luncheon

HANDS UP, NOT OUT – Martin Housing Authority Director Brian Harris was recently chosen to chair the United Way in Weakley County 2010 campaign. During a special luncheon held last week, Harris said the campaign goal of $146,700 was real and attainable. “Charity is something you can’t put a price tag on,” Harris noted. Last year, $180,000 was requested by agencies in the county from Untied Way of West Tennessee.
