Larry Thomas Primrose, 70, of Brownsville, formerly of Union City, died Oct. 4, 2010, at Crestview Healthcare and Rehab Center in Brownsville.
Graveside services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at East View Cemetery in Union City.
Friends may call this evening from 5-7 p.m. at Lea & Simmons Funeral Home in Brownsville.
The family requests that memorials be made to Carl Perkins Child Abuse Center, 130 Boyd Ave., Brownsville, TN 38012.
He was a graduate of Union City High School and attended the University of Tennessee at Martin. He was a member of Union City Cumberland Presbyterian Church and the Brownsville Bass Club.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Barbara Primrose; his son and daughter-in-law, Allen and Tana Primrose of Brownsville; his daughter and son-in-law, Laura and Jimmy Foster of Brownsville; his mother, Lavinia Primrose of Union City; his sister and brother-in-law, Janice (Primrose) and Alvis Daniel of Union City; four granddaughters and two great-grandsons; his niece, Rozanne Rieger of Union City; and two nephews, Cliff Daniel of Martin and Ross Daniel of Smyrna.
He was preceded in death by his father, Murry Thomas Primrose; and his brother, David Alan Primrose.
