JACKSON (AP) — There are “Aladdin’s Turbans,” “Goose Bumps” and a variety of other pumpkins, winter squash and gourds on display at the West Tennessee AgResearch and Education Center in Jackson.
The annual University of Tennessee Pumpkin Harvest Display opened recently for UT Pumpkin Field Day and will remain open through Thanksgiving weekend.
Admission is free. Photos with the family are encouraged.
UT Research Horticulturist Jason Reeves says visitors come to look, learn about varieties to grow and to get fall decorating ideas for their homes or businesses.
The grounds are open daily from sunrise to sunset.
