Melba Ruth Curlin, 84, of Hickman, Ky., died Oct. 2, 2010, at Haws Memorial Nursing Home in Fulton.
Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Strong Funeral Home in Hickman, with the Rev. Dale True officiating. Burial will follow in Poplar Grove Cemetery near Hickman.
Friends may call at the funeral home 6-8 this evening.
Pallbearers will be Robert Simpson, Van Ellingburg, Jackie Curlin, Mark Williams, Anthony Williams and Garland Williams.
She was born June 13, 1926, in Selmer, daughter of the late Lando and Mary Beth (Spencer) Elam. She was the widow of Hershel Curlin and was a homemaker and a Baptist.
Survivors include three sons, James Curlin of Memphis, Billy Curlin of Tiptonville and Jerry Curlin of Hickman; her daughter, Linda Wilson of Hickman; and 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her sister, Mable Meeks.
