‘We’re America’ concert to benefit Operation Troop Aid

Bulletin: The Troop Aid benefit concert scheduled for this Saturday night at the Obion County Fairgrounds has been postponed due to illness. The concert featuring Cody McCarver and Jonalee White will be rescheduled in the near future.
Operation Troop Aid will benefit from the “We’re America” concert this Saturday night at the Obion County Fairgrounds.
The concert will feature Cody McCarver of Confederate Railroad and special guest Jonalee White. McCarver had a No. 1 video in 2008 with “Red Flag” and hit No. 1 again earlier this year with “White Trash With Money.” His current release “I’m America” is at No. 27 on the MusicRow Country Music Chart.
The event is sponsored by Union City Coca-Cola and KYTN radio. Tickets are $12 each, with all proceeds to benefit Operation Troop Aid. Operation Troop Aid is a non-profit organization which provides care packages for deployed troops serving in harm’s way.
Tickets are available at Union City Coca-Cola Bottling Co., Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4862, A Little Bit of Everything and at the KYTN radio station, all in Union City. Tickets will also be available at the gate.
Concessions will be available, with proceeds benefiting Obion County Hometown Walk of Hope.
