Senior citizens center plans events

Obion County Senior Citizens Center has announced the following activities for Sept. 27-Oct. 1 at the Eddie Cox Senior Center in Union City.
Monday: At the center, shuffleboard and a Canasta tournament will be played at 8 a.m. Bingo will be played at 9. Crafts will be held at 10. SilverSneakers® exercise class will be held 11-noon.
Tuesday: At the center, Cinch and Rook will be played 8 a.m.-4 p.m. A Cinch tournament will be held at 8 a.m. The group will go shopping at 9. Bridge lessons will be given 1-4 p.m.
Wednesday: At the center, Cinch will be played 8 a.m.-4 p.m. A Rook tournament will be held at 8 a.m. A SilverSneakers® exercise class will be held 11-noon. Mahjongg will be played 1-4 p.m.  
Thursday: At the center, Wii games will be held 8-11 a.m. A Bridge tournament will be held 12:30-4 p.m.
Friday: At the center, shuffleboard will be played at 8 a.m. Line dancing will begin at 10.
