SF meeting slated

South Fulton City Commission will host a public hearing to address the proposed fiscal year 2010-11 budget at 5 p.m. Thursday in the South Fulton Municipal Complex. The site can be accessed from the rear of the building.
Following that session, the mayor and commission will begin a regular monthly meeting at the same location. Items on the agenda include a review of August disbursements, approval of department reports, approval of bids for the CDBG sewer project, a first reading of an ordinance on the FY2010-11 budget, a building code update, the adoption of personnel policy, business related to an air conditioning unit for the police department, a reclassification proposal for Williams Street, a report from the city manager and questions, comments and suggestions from citizens.
The session will be open to the public.
