The Messenger, September 8, 2010 Delphian Review Club will meet Friday at 1 p.m. at the home of Vicki Blanton in Union City. Guest Cathy Waggoner will present the program on the Promethean Foundation. All members are encouraged to attend, according to a spokesman.
