UC council to meet

Union City’s city council will meet Tuesday in the Municipal Building courtroom at 5:30 p.m. The agenda includes a request to place “no heavy trucks” signs on Westgate at WQAK and Davis Auto Body, a Security Alarm Industry Coalition Award for alarm reduction and receiving the minutes of the Aug. 19 Planning Commission meeting.
The council will also hear grievances and/or complaints from the public and will consider bills and miscellaneous items.
The meeting is open to the public.
Public meetings are regularly held the first and third Tuesdays of each month.
