When I look at how many people do not go to church, it saddens and scares me.
Certainly God who created us is pleased when we go to church and show Him that we love Him.
When we go to a Christ-centered church, it helps remind us of what is important in life – God, faith and love. It is a time to “draw apart” and think of our blessings.
Church is a good time to unite in prayer for important concerns. We can even have people pray for our “unspoken requests,” if we choose to keep our specific concerns private.
It is easier for those who were brought to the church to stay in church; but it is never too late to start to attend the church of your choice.
I recommend that you try several area churches and find the one that fits you the best
Churches are made of humans, they are not perfect; but they are one of the best glimpses of what Heaven will be like.
I ask that you prayerfully consider my request. God bless you all. wcp 8-24-10
