Angela (Smith) Yarbro, 63, of Martin, a former resident of Kenton, died Aug. 31, 2010, at her home.
Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Martin First Baptist Church, with her brother, the Rev. Robert A. “Tony” Smith of Newbern, and Drs. Mike Sams and Ron Cox officiating. Burial will follow in Kenton’s Sunnyside Cemetery.
Friends may call at Hornbeak Funeral Home in Fulton today from 5-8 p.m. The body will lie in state at the church from noon until the hour of services Thursday.
The family requests that memorials be made to Martin First Baptist Church building fund, P.O. Box 289, Martin, TN 38237.
She was born Oct. 17, 1946, in Weakley County, daughter of the late Carl Wilson and Vera Marie (Spence) Smith. She had lived in this area most of her life and was a retired farmer. She was a member of Martin First Baptist Church.
Survivors also include two sons and daughters-in-law, James W. and Melani Yarbro of Martin and Jason C. and Dava Yarbro of Dukedom; four grandchildren and the spouse of one, Addison Yarbro and Kate Yarbro, both of Martin, and Heather Yarbro and Caleb and Brittany (Robertson) Yarbro, all of Dukedom; and another brother and two sisters-in-law, Carl Smith Jr. and Carolyn Smith of Blountville and Jill Smith of Newbern.
