Miss Roberts to wed Storie on Sept. 18

The engagement and forthcoming marriage of Ashley Renee Roberts of Benton, Ky., and Patrick Ryan Storie of Metropolis, Ill., are being announced today.
The bride-elect is the daughter of John and Laura Roberts of Benton. Her grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Roberts of Paducah, Ky., and Roy Hodges and the late Barbara Hodges of Benton.
She is a 2002 graduate of Marshall County High School in Benton and a 2010 graduate of Murray (Ky.) State University.
She is fundraising coordinator for Starfish Orphan Ministry.
The groom-elect is the son of Larry and Ava  Storie of Jackson. His grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Bill Morton of Troy and the late Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Storie of Union City.
He graduated from Obion County Central High School in 1998.
He is employed at The Paducah Sun.
The couple will wed 7 p.m. Sept. 18 at Carson Chapel First Baptist Church in Paducah.
