Claude Jack Bugg, 75, of Union City died Aug. 28, 2010, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital
Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Friday at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Eddie Mallonee officiating.
Friends may call at the funeral home 9-11 a.m. Friday.
He was born May 3, 1935, in Charleston, Mo., son of the late Aubrey Clay and Edith Agatha (Glass) Bugg. He married the former Brenda Schmidt Sept. 30, 1989. She survives. He was a self-employed construction worker and was a U.S. Army veteran, serving as a member of the 101st Airborne in the Korean War.
He is also survived by two sisters and brothers-in-law, Carolyn and Allen Searcy of Union City and Janet and Michael Dembeck of the U.S. Virgin Islands; two brothers and his sister-in-law, Larry and Linda Bugg of Martin and Leon Bugg of Granite City, Ill.; and several nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Ralph Bugg and Lloyd Bugg.
