DeAndre Montrey “Trey” Bradshaw-Hollowell, 19, of Fulton died 7:27 a.m. Aug. 21, 2010, in the emergency room at Parkway Regional Hospital in Fulton.
Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Fulton City High School gymnasium, with the Rev. Calvin Cole officiating.
Friends may call at the gymnasium from 11 a.m. until the hour of services Wednesday.
A graveside service is planned for 11 a.m. Thursday at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Princeton, Ky.
Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.
Hornbeak Funeral Home in Fulton is in charge of arrangements.
He was born Nov. 17, 1990, in Princeton, son of Stassen B. Hollowell of Fulton and Birdie Marie (Bradshaw) Phelps of Union City. He was a 2010 graduate of Fulton City High School and was a member of St. Edward’s Catholic Church in Fulton. He was employed in the sanitation department at Williams Sausage Co. near Woodland Mills.
He had lived in Fulton most of his life.
Survivors, in addition to his parents, include his stepfather, Greg Phelps Sr. of Union City; his grandparents, Lawrence and Rosetta Mitchell of Fulton; his brother, Greg Phelps Jr. of Troy; and four sisters, LeEisha Wilkerson of Princeton, Myra Lynn Phelps of Union City and Nickie Bradshaw and Lisa Micelle Phelps, both of South Fulton.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clarence T. and Frances Bradshaw, Floyd “Ted” Hollowell, Reby Bumphus and Hattie Wilson.
He died as the result of a motor vehicle accident.
