Rosalee Legans, 60, of Martin died 6:30 a.m. Aug. 5, 2010, at her home.
Graveside services were 3:45 p.m. Saturday at Pisgah Cemetery near the Latham community, with Gary Reagan officiating. Jackson Funeral Home in Dukedom was in charge of arrangements.
She was born Oct. 2, 1949, in Martin, daughter of the late Charles Edward and Mattie Joe (Lee) Nanney. She had been married to Ronald E. Legans for 37 years. He survives. She was a former truck driver and had lived in this area most of her life.
She is also survived by two sons, Ronald Lee Legans of Martin and James Edward Nanney of Cox’s Creek, Ky.; her daughter, Brenda Carol Dillon of Martin; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and her sister, Edna Joe Nichols of Phoenix.
She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Brenda Sue Nanney and Susan Ann Nanney.
