Completed arrangements are being announced for Paul Salbeda, 73, of Fulton, who died 10:55 p.m. Aug. 5, 2010, at his home.
Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. The Rev. Eddie Mallonee will officiate. Cremation will follow.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home 5-8 p.m. Tuesday.
He was born Dec. 19, 1936, in Maui, Hawaii, son of the late Angel and Rosa (Gapol) Salbeda. He married the former Phyllis Garner April 11, 1968. She survives.
He was a retired metal fabricator for Supreme Fan Co. in Banning, Calif., and a member of Second Baptist Church in Union City and the Trail Blazer Sunday School Class.
He had served in the U.S. Army.
He is also survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Tina and Dan Christensen of Altaloma, Calif.; his son and daughter-in-law, Eric and Anna Salbeda of Tigard, Ore.; six grandchildren, Carissa Christensen, Aidan Christensen, Zoe Christensen and Malia Christensen, all of Altaloma, and Kade Salbeda and Ian Salbeda, both of Tigard; his sister, Helen Maeda of Maui; and two brothers, Nat Salbeda of Honolulu and Albert Salbeda of Maui.
He was also preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.
