Glendell Arnold, 84, of Gleason, died Friday, July 30, 2010, at Henry County Healthcare, Paris.
Services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Tumbling Creek Baptist Church, Gleason, where he was a member, with Bro. Gene Price officiating. Burial was in Tumbling Creek Cemetery with Williams Funeral Home of Gleason in charge of the arrangements.
Arnold was born July 20, 1926, in Gleason, son of the late Everett B. and Sarah Doster Arnold. He was a World War II United States Army veteran, was an interior decorator and member of Gleason Masonic Lodge.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Ruth King Arnold of Gleason; four sons and daughters-in-law, Ronnie and Martha Arnold, Glen and Jackie Arnold, Dennis and Karen Arnold, all of Gleason, Mike and Betty Arnold of Martin; and one daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Ronnie Turner of Gleason.
He was also preceded in death by one daughter, Yolando Arnold.
