Virginia (Colson) Gray, 84, of Princeton, Ky., mother of Mary Nita Bondurant of Union City, died July 19, 2010, at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville.
Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Morgan’s Funeral Home in Princeton, with the Rev. Jeff McCarty officiating. Burial will follow there in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home 5-8 p.m. today.
The family requests that memorials be made to Northside Baptist Church, P.O. Box 463, Princeton, KY 42445.
She was born March 18, 1926, daughter of the late Albert Thomas and Melisa Nila (Cunningham) Colson.
She was the widow of Lewis Gray and was a retired bookkeeper and member of Northside Baptist Church in Princeton.
Survivors also include her son and daughter-in-law, Bubby and Becky Gray of Princeton; her son-in-law, Jim Bondurant of Union City; four grandchildren, Emily Robbins, Dr. Dylan Bondurant, Jason Gray and Katie Creech; four great-grandchildren, Gray Robbins, Sadie Robbins, Parker Gray and Charlie Creech; and her nephew, Garnett Scott of Hopkinsville, Ky.
She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Ginna Lou Gray; and two sisters, Nita Wolking and Claytie Aldridge.
