CF fund raiser slated

The second Brandi Scott Memorial Car and Bike Show/Poker Run, sponsored by Ryan’s Team to raise funds for children with Cystic Fibrosis, will be Saturday and Sunday at Green Acres RV Park on Highway 128 (Pickwick Road) near Savannah. Registration for the poker run will begin at 8 a.m., with bikers leaving at 9.
Car show registration will begin at 10.
Admission is $5.
There will also be a “kids’ corner” with party jumpers, train rides, games, cotton candy, a rock climbing wall and dunking booth featuring political candidates.
A variety of good eats will be offered, including the products of a crepe maker from Memphis.
