Obion County Fair Junior Culinary Department containers are now available at the University of Tennessee Extension Office, located on 302 South Third St. in Union City. Office hours are 8 a.m.-noon and 1-5 p.m.
 When participants pick up containers, they are reminded to pick up labels and directions for placement on the containers, a spokesman said.
Junior Culinary entries will be accepted Aug. 14 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.  Sponsors for containers include Union City Woodman of the World Lodge, Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City Dietary Department, Obion County Family and Community Education Clubs County Council and UT Extension/Obion County.
