ere disposed of June 29 and July 1 in Obion County General Sessions Court by Judge Jimmy Smith, or fines paid before scheduled court appearances, and were recorded in the dockets in the office of Obion County Circuit Court Clerk Harry Johnson.
The cases listed exclude routine traffic violations, civil cases and cases that are dismissed. All others are published, including judicial diversions, without exception.
• Santiago Chavez (4545 Knox Daniel Road, No. 2, Union City) — public intoxication, 30 days except time served, costs.
• Stacy R. Flowers (1537 West Highway 22, Union City) — simple possession/casual exchange marijuana, judicial diversion, supervised probation 11 months and 29 days, $250 fine, costs.
• Kara Forbes (811 Spring Valley Drive, Obion) — child abuse/neglect 8-year-old or less – no injury, amended to misdemeanor child neglect/endangerment, 11 months and 29 days supervised probation, follow Department of Child Services guidelines, costs.
• Eric T. Jobe (1129 South Fourth St., Union City) — vandalism up to $500, 11 months and 29 days suspended except time served, supervised probation, $100 fine, costs, restitution.
• Adrienne R. • Regina A. Roberson (135 Bobby Thompson Road, Newbern) — public intoxication, 30 days suspended, $10 fine, costs.
• Linsey F. West (548 Maple St., Dresden) — theft of merchandise – shoplifting, barred from Walmart, supervised probation except time served, $100 fine, costs.
• Lawrence Winters (1415 East Church St., Union City) — aggravated assault, amended to misdemeanor simple assault, 11 months and 29 days to serve 100 days, costs, no contact with victim.
• Allan M. Coleman (512 No. First St., Union City) — DUI: Second offense, 11 months and 29 days suspended, serve 45 days jail, $600 fine, costs.
• Ginger Perry (no address available) — no driver’s license, dismissed on payment of costs.
• Johnny Donnell (783 Wilson Road, Sharon) — probation violation, original sentence revoked, resentenced to jail.
• Daniel L. Harrell (126 North Chestnut, Troy) — public intoxication, suspended sentence except five, costs.
