Troy mayor and board will meet Tuesday at Troy City Hall at 5 p.m. This is a change of meeting date because Monday is a holiday.
The meeting will be open to the public.
Offices at Troy City Hall will also be closed Monday, in observance of Independence Day. Regular business hours will be resumed Tuesday.
