The Obion County Public Library will be offering a cake decorating workshop from 1-3 p.m. July 13 for students 13-18 years old. This is a part of the Teen Summer Reading Program being held at the library this summer. Pre-registration will be Thursday-July 10, and there is a $8 supply fee for this workshop, which has a limit of 12 teens.
