Bridge scores 6.28.10 Posted: Monday, June 28, 2010 8:01 pm A Mitchell movement was played by members of the Union City Duplicate Bridge Club Thursday afternoon. Winners of the North-South game were first place, Freddye Oliver and Mary Jane Thornton, both of Union City; second place, Doris Lattus of Hickman, Ky., and Georgianna Scarborough of Union City; and third place, Serena Williams and Jo Glasgow, both of Union City. Winners of the East-West game were first place, Toni Pritchett of Dresden and Dr. Bob Sanner of Union City; second place, Betty Jo Wheeler and Lucy Glover, both of Union City; and third place, Naomi Fuller of Fulton and Dot Beach of South Fulton. The group plays at the Eddie Cox Senior Center in Union City. It is an open club and new members are welcome.
