12:39 p.m. — Jordan Terrace, medical.
10:50 p.m. — First Street at Main Street, motor vehicle accident.
Monday, June 14
6:49 a.m. — 705 East Reelfoot Ave., automatic fire alarm.
8:04 a.m. — West Reelfoot Avenue, medical.
8:46 a.m. — Tyson Drive, medical.
12:59 p.m. — West Bransford Street, medical.
Tuesday, June 15
7:58 a.m. — 1401 South First St., automatic fire alarm.
9:22 a.m. — South Ury Street, medical.
8:17 p.m. — West Main Street, medical.
10:12 p.m. — Keller Street, medical.
11:07 p.m. — Edwards Street, medical.
Wednesday, June 16

11:44 a.m. — 210 Royal St., smoke investigation.

For the week of June 13-19, the Union City Fire Department had a total of 21 alarms, including 16 medical calls, three commercial alarms, one motor vehicle accident and one smoke investigation..
