Matthew Dale Clark, 51, of Union City died June 17, 2010, at his home.
A memorial service is set for 2 p.m. Tuesday at White-Ranson Funeral Home. Friends may call at the funeral home from 1 p.m. until the hour of services Tuesday. Dr. Bobby Williams will officiate.
The family requests that memorials be made to the National Foundation of Transplant, 5350 Poplar Ave., Suite 430, Memphis, TN 38119.
He was born Nov. 2, 1958, in Denton, Texas, son of the late Samuel Joseph and Jackie Lou (Heflin) Clark. He was an HACCP coordinator at Tyson Foods in Union City and was a U.S. Navy veteran. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Hemphill, Texas.
He is survived by four sons, Cory Clark of Augusta, Ga., and Danniel Siegrist, Kaleb Clark and Ethan Clark, all of Union City; two sisters, Julie Turnbull of Mount Vernon, Ohio., and Kimberly Swanson of Camden, Ohio.; and five nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by his brother, Gary Wayne Clark.
