The following cases were disposed of June 8 and June 10 in Obion County General Sessions Court by Judge Jimmy Smith, or fines paid before scheduled court appearances, and were recorded in the dockets in the office of Obion County Circuit Court Clerk Harry Johnson.
The cases listed exclude routine traffic violations, civil cases and cases that are dismissed. All others are published, including judicial diversions, without exception.
• Jason Wayne Baker (4403 North Newman Glover Road, Union City) — simple possession/casual exchange, judicial diversion, $250 fine, costs, community service, random drug test; financial responsibility law violation, costs.
• Jennifer L. Baker (1810 High School Drive, Apt. 1, Union City) — two counts of worthless check, supervised probation, pay checks and costs; driving without a license, to bring driver’s license proof to probation office.
• Barry D. Bumpus (2011 East Highway 21, Union City) — Schedule VI controlled substance/facilitation, judicial diversion 11 months and 29 days, $250 fine, costs.
• Aaron D. Cary (834 Gum St., Union City) — Schedule VI controlled substance/conspiracy, informal adjustment three months, 50 hours community service, drug testing, costs.
• Tyler C. Miller (4292 Clifford Rives Road, Union City) — Schedule VI controlled substance/conspiracy, informal adjustment three months, 50 hours community service, drug testing, costs.
• Travis W. Peevyhouse (127 McLane Road, Hum-boldt) — no driver’s license, $250 fine, costs.
• Jacob H. Shumate (269 West Jones St., Union City) — Schedule VI controlled substance/conspiracy, informal adjustment three months, 50 hours community service, drug testing, costs.
• Mason Alton Shumate (269 West Jones St., Union City) — Schedule VI controlled substance/conspiracy, informal adjustment three months, 50 hours community service, drug testing, costs.
• April H. Smith (4862 Old Samburg Road, Samburg) — possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, $150 fine, costs, 11 months and 29 days supervised probation.
• Steve Johnson (909  Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Union City) — possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, 30 days jail.
• James E. Ross (406 North Fisher St., Jonesboro, Ark.) — criminal trespassing, 30 days jail suspended, time served, costs.
• Anthony E. Ross (406 North Fisher St., Jonesboro, Ark.) — criminal trespassing, 30 days jail suspended, time served, costs.
• Don Curl (1126 Highway 51, Lot 7, Troy) — driving while license revoked, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended, 60 days jail,  $250 fine, costs; driving under the influence (second offense), $600 fine, costs, 11 months and 29 days supervised probation, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended except 60 days, alcohol and drug treatment.
• Chad W. Dawson (319 Thomas St., Troy) — theft of property and two counts of burglary, waived to the grand jury.
• Joshua T. Dawson (319 Thomas St., Troy) — theft of property and two counts of burglary, waived to the grand jury.
• Jennifer L. Gunnells (279 Old Rutherford-Kenton Road, Rutherford) — criminal impersonation, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended except time served (seven days), costs.
• Tangela Parson (321 North Connell Ave., Dyersburg) — worthless check, paid check and costs.
