Miss Raines to wed Riley on Aug. 1

The engagement and forthcoming marriage of Stephanie Nicole Raines and Randy Dale Riley, both of Jackson, are being announced today.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Nancy Raines and the late Dr. Stephen Raines of Union City. Her grandparents are the late Robert and Christine Williams of Dyersburg and the late Ben and Melba Raines of Union City.
She is a 1999 graduate of Union City High School and a 2003 graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin.
She is employed by Verizon Wireless and is owner of Raines Design.
The groom-elect is the son of Gerald and Teresa Riley of Jackson. His grandparents are the late James and Mildred Wadley of Smithland, Ky., and the late Glynn and Louise Riley of Salem, Ky.
He is a 1998 graduate of Jackson Central-Merry High School and a 2003 graduate of Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson.
He is employed by Tennessee Community Services Agency.
The couple will wed during a private family ceremony Aug. 1.
A reception will be held 4 p.m. Aug. 1 at the Celebration Centré in Union City.
All friends and relatives are invited to attend the reception.
