Fulton meeting set

Fulton City Commission will meet Monday at 6:30 p.m. in the commission room at Fulton City Hall.
In addition to routine monthly business, the agenda will include the first reading of an ordinance amending previous ordinances for the appropriations for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009, and ending June 30 to reflect actual expenditures and revenues; the first reading of a city ordinance increasing water and sewer rates; the first reading of an ordinance for the 2010-11 city budget; discussion of special pickups of refuse; authorization for the city manager to advertise and accept sealed bids for concrete at Civic Park; authorization for the city manager to advertise for a wastewater treatment plant operator; and authorization for the city manager to purchase a used surplus police car with insurance funds from a damaged car.
The meeting is open to the public.
The commission will adjourn into a closed executive session to discuss personnel and pending litigation.
