COOKIE SALES — Obion County Daisy Girl Scouts Troop 40070 held an awards ceremony following the recent cookies sales drive. Each girl received several gifts and a paid trip to the Memphis Zoo for their hard work. The troop sold 3,525 boxes of cookies. The top cookie seller was Callie Dorian (at left), daughter of Mary and Rick Dorian of Hornbeak and granddaughter of Brenda and Rick Dorian of Hornbeak and Kathleen Kilburn and the late Floyd Kilburn of Tiptonville. She sold 1,000 boxes. Other winners included (starting at second from left) Sara Burton, Layla Kendall, Elisabeth Foley, Madalynn Johnson, Destiny Kendall and Emma Sutton. Not pictured are Kaitlyn Rogers and Amber Finch. The troop leader is Mary Dorian (back, left) and her assistant is Dana Kendall.
