Kevin B. Espy of Union City and Andrea M. Little of Troy were named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester at the University of Memphis.
Students on the list met one of the following criteria for the semester: completion of six to eight graded hours with a semester grade point average of 4.00; completion of nine to 11 graded hours with a minimum GPA of 3.66; or completion of 12 or more graded hours with a semester GPA of 3.5 or above.

Several local students have earned academic honors for the spring semester at Union University in Jackson.
Among the 371 students named to the Dean’s List were Jacob Cole Carr and Shawn Emrich Chandler, both of Union City.
The Dean’s List includes full-time students who achieve a 3.5 grade point average on a four-point scale.
The 209 students named to the President’s List included Chelsea Lynn Cox of South Fulton and Charles William Miller of Rives.
The President’s List includes full-time students who achieve a 4.0 grade point average on a four-point scale.
