Completed arrangements are being announced for Tim “T.W.” Roberson, 50, of Troy, who died 6 a.m. May 30, 2010, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home, with the Rev. Archie Larry officiating. Burial will follow in Terrace Hill Cemetery in Troy.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home 5-8 p.m. today.
Pallbearers will be Allen Bell, Paul Wayne Kirk, Jerry Grooms, Alfred Stribling, Darrell Rye, Dan Gooch, Jimmy Hummell Jr., Alan Groeneveld, Guy Roberson and Matthew Roberson. Honorary pallbearers will be Rodney Sherrill and Michael Sherrill.
He was born Aug. 8, 1959, in Springfield, Ill., son of Ed and Sue (Wheatley) Roberson of Hornbeak. He had been employed as a fork lift driver at Lennox Hearth Products in Union City and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church near Union City.
Survivors also include his daughter, Kimberly Tate of Tiptonville; three sons, Billy Joe Roberson of Troy and Larry Wayne Roberson and Zachery Roberson, both of Stewart; two sisters, Velma Tate of Hornbeak and Jennifer Roberson of Troy; two brothers, Guy Roberson of Troy and Bobby Joe Roberson of Hornbeak; and two grandchildren, Katelynn Tate and Joshua Tate, both of Tiptonville.
He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Debra Roberson.
