Anthony Lewis Caldwell of Union City will celebrate the attainment of Boy Scouting’s highest rank, the Eagle Scout award, at a special Eagle Court of Honor June 6 at 2:30 p.m. at Union City Baptist Temple at 1900 Longview Road in Union City. A reception will follow the impressive ceremony.
He is a 2010 graduate of Union City High School and is the son of Lloyd and Rhonda (Haines) Moore of Union City. He has been involved in Scouting since he was in kindergarten and is a member of Union City Troop 55. His Eagle project was to make 95 white crosses to be used by the Obion County Right to Life group as it sets up the Cemetery of Innocence at a different location throughout the county during the year to call attention to the innocent lives lost to abortion.
