The Messenger, May 26, 2010 The Tennessee Highway Patrol will be conducting a driver’s license checkpoint on State Route 431 during the morning hours Friday and a sobriety checkpoint on State Route 214 during the evening hours that day. Both are scheduled in Obion County.
