Evelyn Leona Nida, 56, of Union City died May 23, 2010, at her home.
Friends may call at White-Ranson Funeral Home 10 a.m.-noon Wednesday. There will be no service.
She was born May 2, 1954, in West Virginia, daughter of the late Harry and Betty (Comstock) Taylor. She married Denny Nida Nov. 9, 1973. He survives. She was a homemaker.
Survivors also include her son and daughter-in-law, Harry and Shauna Nida of Union City; two daughters and sons-in-law, Donna and Joseph Edmison and Alta and Ronald Goodman, all of Union City; seven grandchildren, Emilee Goodman, Dylan Vaughn, Stacie Goodman, Denny Nida, C.J. Goodman, Hayden Nida and Nathaniel Nida, all of Union City; three brothers, Carroll Taylor, Chuck Taylor and Lee Taylor, all of Gallipolis, Ohio; and three sisters, Karen Wray and Lisa Masters, both of Gallipolis, and Freda Thomas of Columbus, Ohio.
She was also preceded in death by her brother, Roger Taylor; and her sister, Ruth Masters.
