Upcoming MBA session to discuss customer service

“Customer Service: It’s All About the Guest in Your Business” is the topic of an upcoming Martin Business Association Lunch and Learn session.
Sponsored by the University of Tennessee at Martin Tennessee Small Business Development Center and MBA, the workshop will be from noon-1 p.m., June 15, at the UT?Martin Regional Entrepreneurship and Economic Development Center, 406 S. Lindell St., Martin.
The cost is $10 and includes lunch. This Lunch and Learn will focus on how to implement do’s and don’ts for customer service.
