Bruce and Jamie Reinhart of Murfreesboro are delighted to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Amy Elizabeth Reinhart, to Jakob Wayne Perkins, son of Jeff and Tammy Perkins of Greenfield.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Robert and Margaret Dorman of Temple Terrace, Fla., and the late Earl Reinhart and the late James and Bonnie Andrews.
Amy is a 2005 graduate of Oakland High School in Murfreesboro and a 2009 graduate of Union University in Jackson with a degree in elementary education. She is currently teaching second grade at Milan Elementary School.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Jack and Faye Porter of Greenfield and Pastor Wayne and Linda Perkins of Greenfield.
Jakob is a 2006 graduate of Greenfield High School and will graduate in May from Union University with a degree in business marketing. He plans to work for Akin and Porter in Greenfield upon graduating from Union.
The wedding ceremony will be held May 29 at First Cumberland Presbyterian in Murfreesboro. It will begin at 2 p.m. with music beginning at 1:30 p.m. A reception will follow the ceremony at Northside Baptist Church in Murfreesboro. All family and friends are invited to attend.
Following their marriage, the couple will reside in Martin.
