The Messenger, April 28, 2010
Ever wondered who is responsible for the “meth” epidemic threatening our community? Assessing blame may hinge on a number of factors, including where the searcher finds himself on the political spectrum.
In a column a little too lengthy for The Messenger’s editorial page, a self-identified liberal guest writer for a paper in a neighboring community offers her view of culpability on the drug issues — using meth as a springboard for defining the difference in liberals and conservatives. Self-identified conservative Messenger columnist Glenda Caudle reviews that analysis point by point and arrives at a different conclusion.
The column is posted on The Messenger’s online site: NWTNToday.com under “Editorial” with the title “Blaming company for drug’s misuse like blaming pencil for misspelled words.”
