|Rowe faces seven indictments in Illinois |

Rowe was originally charged with aggravated DUI after an Aug. 30, 2008 incident in Iroquois County, Illinois resulted in the death of his passenger and 18-year-old stepson Justin Sanders.
Rowe had allegedly crossed the center line that evening and struck a tractor-trailer head on, killing Sanders during the crash.
In the April 7 indictments, Rowe is accused of being under the influence of cocaine, marijuana, Alprazolam, Oxycodone, Dihydrocodeine and Benzodiazepine.
All seven of the counts against Rowe charge him with aggravated driving while under the influence of drugs.
After several rescheduled court dates, Rowe was originally set to stand trial in Illinois May 3.
He is scheduled to appear April 27 for an arraignment date for the new charges against him.
Rowe is currently free on bond. He faces a maximum of 14 years in prison for each charge if convicted.
