Free women’s clinic slated for April 29 in Humboldt

The West Tennessee Women’s Center and Curves have partnered with da Vinci Women’s Health, About.com and womenshealth.gov. to provide a free women’s health event “Celebrate Women’s Health,” on Thursday, April 29 from 6:30-8 p.m.
The location is the Humboldt General Hospital Conference Center at 3525 Chere Carol Rd. in Humboldt.
Jessica Vanhoose with Curves® of Jackson will educate women about the importance of taking control of their health with a healthy diet and exercise routine.
Dr. David Soll with the Woman’s Clinic and Dr. Christopher Welsch with the Jackson Clinic will be discussing the importance of regular gynecologic exams, common gynecologic conditions and also information about the da Vinci robot and how it assists with women’s surgeries.
For those attending the event, Curves® will be giving away free 30 day passes to their facilities in Jackson and Milan.
