Stephanie Marie Whit-lock, 43, of Martin died April 13, 2010, at her home.
Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Hornbeak Funeral Home in Fulton.
Friends may call at the funeral home 10-11 a.m. Saturday.
The family requests that memorials be made to Ken-Tenn Humane Society, 406 Eddings St., Fulton, KY 42041.
She was born Jan. 14, 1967, in Oak Park, Ill. She had lived in this area most of her life. She was the wife of Tommy G. Whitlock, who survives, and she had earned a degree in accounting.
Survivors also include her father and stepmother, Larry Dean and Shirley Copeland of Murfreesboro; her mother and stepfather, Sharon (Lange) and Buddy Riley of Clinton, Ky.; her daughter and son-in-law, Samantha and Ahmed Pryor of Clinton; three stepdaughters and the husband of one, Chrystal and Joe Moore of Fulgham, Ky., Michelle Opelt of Jonesboro, Ark., and Tina Whitlock of Brookport, Ill.; her grandfather, Albin Lange of Clinton; three grandchildren, Jenna Moore and Aylissa Moore, both of Fulgham, and Zackery Schaffer of Jonesboro; her sister and brother-in-law, Lori and Doug Crowder of Smithfield, Va.; and five stepsisters, Jamie Miller, Sandy Williams and Les Shackelford, all of Murfreesboro, Christina Daniels of Nashville and Jessica Lindsey of Chattanooga.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Anna Lange and Lucille and L.D. Copeland.
