Union City police are investigating the theft of a vehicle that was later found on Glendale Street.
According to a Union City Police Department report, Bradley Heath Eason of 4268 Bethlehem Road, Union City, told police he had returned from getting a pizza about 8:55 p.m. Saturday, had gone into his place of business to get a bicycle and came back out just before 9 p.m. to find that his white 2004 Ford Expedition was gone.
He told police he had left his wallet and keys in the console of the vehicle. The wallet allegedly contained about $1,000 cash, as well as credit and debit cards, a driver’s license and identification.
The vehicle was located the next afternoon in the 600 block of Glendale Street in Union City, where police were summoned to check on a vehicle left parked there. The keys were gone and the vehicle owner told police the only items missing were the wallet and keys, according to the report.
