A fire last week at the former Central Elementary School in Union City has been targeted by Crime Stoppers this week.
The fire was reported shortly after 11 a.m. Thursday at the old school at 512 East College St. in Union City, where a hole about two feet in diameter was burned in the gymnasium floor, according to Union City police.
Union City firefighters extinguished the fire and damage apparently was minimal.
The building is owned by the City of Union City and is leased to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest Tennessee.
